• Live Interview Data (Camera/Mic): Our AI Demo Interview feature requires access to your device's Camera and Microphone. We do NOT record or store your video or audio feeds on our servers. The camera feed stays entirely within your local browser. Only the text transcripts of your speech are sent to our AI engine to generate the interviewer's responses.
• No Data Selling: We firmly believe your professional data is your own. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, resumes, or interview performance data to third-party advertisers or external agencies without your explicit consent.

2. Scope of Services & Employment Contingency

applynaukri.in is an educational and professional empowerment platform. Our core objective is to provide high-quality preparation and skill-building resources.

• Training Program: We provide an intensive 15-20 days training program (Masterclasses) designed to upskill candidates and prepare them for their target job roles.
• Job Opportunities: We focus primarily on Remote Jobs and provide genuine market salary estimates to set realistic expectations.
• AI Tools: Users gain access to our advanced AI-powered Resume Builder and Analyzer tools to optimize their profiles.

Our service delivery is heavily focused on guidance, preparation, and facilitating exposure to job opportunities. Due to the diverse requirements of the corporate sector, the final employment decision remains an independent contingency solely dependent on third-party employers, market conditions, and candidate performance during actual interviews. Therefore, while we bring opportunities and rigorous preparation, our services are consultative in nature and operate strictly on an employment contingency basis, independent of final hiring outcomes.

If a candidate does not secure an employment offer immediately following the masterclasses, applynaukri.in continues to provide ongoing resources, profile optimization guidance, and access to new remote job listings to help them continuously improve and succeed in their career journey.

4. Refund Policy

We maintain a strict and transparent refund policy. If you feel that our masterclasses and services do not align with your career goals, you may request a refund within a strict 3-Day (72-hour) window from the time of your initial enrollment or purchase. Refund requests made after this 72-hour period will not be entertained under any circumstances, as digital resources and AI tool access are instantly provisioned.
